Direct Debit Transfers into your BFS account:

Funds can be transferred electronically into a BFS client account on a regular or one-off basis for savings, repayment of loans, gifts to organisations, church offerings etc from an eligible account with another financial institution within Australia. Periodical Payments from your BFS account:

Funds can be transferred from your BFS client account on a regular or one-off basis by electronic transfer to another BFS account or to an account with another financial institution within Australia (eg for savings, loan payments, gifts to organisations etc). Please download a Periodical Payment Request Form here.

Electronic Funds Transfers:

When arranging to electronically transfer monies into your BFS account (eg pensions, internet bank transfers, wages, dividends etc) or out of your BFS account (eg health insurance, water rates, electricity, phone, rent etc), use our electronic BSB number (below) followed by your 9 digit BFS account number (eg BSB 704 922 BFS account number 100001917).

BSB Number:

BSB stands for Bank-State-Branch. This number should be used when electronically transferring money into your BFS Client account (eg by internet transfer) or giving authority to another organisation to electronically debit or credit your BFS Client account.

Our Electronic BSB Number is 704 922

This BSB number must be used for any electronic funds transfers into or out of an eligible Savings at Call, BFS Cheq or loan account.

Lodging Funds to any BFS account:

Contact us if you need a deposit book to pay money into a BFS client savings account at call through any Westpac Bank branch. We may also be able to supply Commonwealth Bank, ANZ Bank or National Australia Bank Agent encoded bank deposit books for this purpose if a Westpac Bank branch is not located nearby.

BFSOnline - Our Internet Account Access Service:

A BIFOnline or BFSOnline Business Application form is available for download to register for access.

Our BPAY service is accessed through BFSOnline under the `Transact' drop-down menu.

Westpac Bank Services for BFS Cheq account Clients:

Contact us to arrange for any of the following services:

- Business Express Deposit (B.E.D.) facilities for Church/business BFS Cheq account clients (for the quick lodgement of cash deposits at Westpac). Download a letter of request for printing on your letterhead and forward to us for the initial to order of Westpac B.E.D. security bags.

- Merchant Card Services (for acceptance of credit card payments or donations in person or by phone - Westpac fees apply to this service. Please contact us first and then download a Westpac Merchant Card Services Application to send to Westpac regarding this facility).

- Nightsafe facilities (for security of cash overnight - Westpac fees apply to this service)
