This is a useful tool to forecast the effect that changes in repayment frequency, repayment variations and interest rate changes will have on the remaining term required to repay your loan. The calculator can also has advise you how much you can borrow - just insert the interest rate pa, repayment term, frequency of payment, amount of payment you can afford and then `calculate' the borrowing level.
